  4. What is this software:

  6. Vet is one of Australia's best-selling anti-virus software. First written in 1989, it 
  7. is now used in over 33 countries and has always been ranked as among the best in 
  8. anti-virus protection in the world. This special version of VET (for Win 95 and NT 
  9. workstations) will allow you at least 3 months of current anti-virus protection, 
  10. including against the latest Office 97 macro viruses. For further information,

  17. Installing to Windows 95 or Windows NT
  18. ======================================
  19. To install Vet95 or VetNT place the disk into your CD drive and wait 10-15 seconds, the 
  20. auto-installer will determine which operating system you are using and will start loading 
  21. the version of Vet for your operating system. 
  22. If the automatic installation options are not enabled on your machine, open the directory of 
  23. the CD and select SETUP.EXE, it will determine your operating system and load the appropriate 
  24. Setup program. 
  25. We strongly recommend that you open and read the README.HLP file that can be found in the 
  26. disk1 directory for both Vet95 and VetNT.

  29. Installing to Windows 3.1x

  31. Open the directory of the CD and select SETUP.EXE, it will determine your operating system 
  32. and load the appropriate Setup program. We strongly recommend that you open and read the 
  33. README.HLP file that can be found in the disk1 directory for both Vet3x.

  38. Each version of Vet comes with an on-line context sensitive help.
  39. HTML versions of the manuals are on the CD, go to the root directory of the CD and run
  40. Manuals.HTML and then select the manual that you wish to view.
  41. Acrobat files and an acrobat reader are included on the CD. To install the reader run
  42. ReadPDF.exe file and it will decompress into a directory, then run the SETUP.EXE that
  43. is now in the directory. Once the reader is loaded run any of the .PDF files and you 
  44. will be able to print exact copies of the manuals.
