  10.      Sending messages in Windows and via Internet:
  11.      It is not necessary to run extra programs for messaging in Windows NT.
  12.      Message recipient must have WINPOPUP program running in Windows 95.
  13.      Sender must have installed SMAPI support (e.g. MS Outlook or Eudora)
  14.      for sending messages via Internet.

  16.      What is Service Pack?
  17.      Service pack is short installation in case you have already
  18.      installed previous version. Service Pack keeps your settings,
  19.      full install sets everything with default values. To install Service Pack run
  20.      INSTALL.BAT file and follow the on-screen instructions. Within the installation
  21.      program choose Service pack (changes only) in installation type selection.
  22.      
  23.      What is the Acrobat?
  24.      Adobe Acrobat is the document viewer. You can find it on our CD in
  25.      the ACROWIN directory. The installation file is called
  26.      AR32E30.EXE. You can install it either before or after the AVAST32
  27.      installation. Never install both products in the same time!

  29.      The Help window does not appear
  30.      Check if the internal help is activated.

  32.      If the internal help is activated and help does not appear try press
  33.      F1 key to get AVAST32 help window

  35.      I don't know how to run resident scanner.
  36.      Switch to enhanced UI. Right-click on Resident: full protection
  37.      configuration, select Modify and check Run with the operating
  38.      system box. Then restart computer. New AVAST32 version enables
  39.      resident protection automatically after its installation
  40.      
  41.      When resident scanner is running, it is not possible to print or fax
  42.      This bug has been fixed. Please install new version.
  43.      
  44.      I can't remove macroviruses. Only resident control finds them.
  45.      You need to install new version where scanner has bigger priority
  46.      than resident protection.

  48.      After finding a virus and restarting the computer there is some
  49.      strange window that can't be closed.
  50.      Uncheck öShow Virus Warning on user log onöcheck box and restart the computer
  51.      This can be set up from menu öCustomize/Enhanced Settingsö in older version
  52.      and menuöOptions/Common/Basicö in new version.

  54.      When I right click shortcut and run Avast check, the program will
  55.      fail
  56.      You need new version or you can rename AVSHEX.DLL to prevent this
  57.      failure but you will not be able to scan files via right mouse

  60.      I don't know how to switch from enhanced UI back to simple UI.
  61.      Right-click in Customize and select Simple GUI.

  63.      The message about missing export in MFC42.DLL appears.
  64.      Some installation overwrote MFC42.DLL file with older version. You can
  65.      try to rename MFC42.DLL and MSVCRT.DLL and install AVAST32 again.

  68.      The reason is currently unknown.

  70.      When resident protection is running in Windows NT computer freezes
  71.      into blue screen.
  72.      You need to install new version of AVAST32.

  74.      It is not possible to enter the serial number during the
  75.      installation process.
  76.      Do not enter any number and finish installation as DEMO version and then
  77.      Run AVAST and enter the correct serial number in Settings / License box.
  78.      This can be set up from menu ö Settings / License boxö in older version
  79.      and menu öOptions/ License ö in new version.

  81.      vendor to get new number)

  85.      LGUARD scanner in  DOS shows message about insufficient memory.
  86.      Youn need to install new version of AVAST which has less memory
  87.      requirements. You can also try to run LGUARD from command line and
  88.      not from AVAST shell.

  90.      Incorrect serial number is displayed during the installation. When scanner
  91.      is running during the installation it is displayed that it is only a DEMO
  92.      although the serial number has been accepted.
  93.      The correct serial number will be shown when AVAST is started from
  94.      hard disk so after successful installation.
