  7.      The Active SMART Monitor is shareware. This means:
  8.  
  9.        - PANTERASoft.Com exclusively owns all copyrights 
  10.          to Active SMART Monitor.
  11.  
  12.        - Anyone may use this software during a test 
  13.          period of 30 days. Following this test period 
  14.          of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue 
  15.          to use Active SMART Monitor, you MUST register.
  16.  
  17.        - Once registered, the user is granted a 
  18.          non-exclusive license to use Active SMART Monitor on 
  19.          one computer (i.e. a single CPU), for any legal 
  20.          purpose, at a time.  The registered Active SMART Monitor 
  21.          software may not be rented or leased but may be 
  22.          permanently transferred, if the person receiving 
  23.          it agrees to terms of this license.  If the 
  24.          software is an update, the transfer must include 
  25.          the update and all previous versions.

  27.        - The Active SMART Monitor unregistered shareware version 
  28.          may be freely distributed, if the distribution 
  29.          package is not modified. No person or company may 
  30.          charge a fee for the distribution of Active SMART Monitor 
  31.          without written permission from the copyright holder.

  33.        - Active SMART Monitor IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".  NO WARRANTY 
  34.          OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  YOU USE AT YOUR 
  35.          OWN RISK.  THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA 
  36.          LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF 
  37.          LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  39.        - You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease,
  40.          sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise 
  41.          reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, 
  42.          or any subset of the licensed program, except as 
  43.          provided for in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized 
  44.          use shall result in immediate and automatic termination
  45.          of this license and may result in criminal and/or 
  46.          civil prosecution.

  51.        - Installing and using Active SMART Monitor signifies acceptance 
  52.          of these terms and conditions of the license.

  54.        - If you do not agree with the terms of this license you 
  55.          must remove Active SMART Monitor files from your storage devices
  56.          and cease to use the product.
