  23. WHAT IS URL ORGANIZER?

  25. URL Organizer 2 is a small, fast, simple utility for storing and organizing
  26. large collections of URLs (bookmarks/favorites). It offers an innovative,
  27. intuitive and highly-customizable interface.

  75. You may freely distribute release, but NOT PRE-RELEASE, versions of URL
  76. Organizer 2, PROVIDED THAT you distribute only the most recent COMPLETE,
  77. ORIGINAL zip archive available from my web site. Please check

  81. LICENSE
  82. -------
  83. URL Organizer 2 is copyright (1998-1999) of Edward Leigh. It is distributed and
  84. sold as 'shareware'. It is NOT public domain or freeware.

  86. In the license conditions that follow, three terms have special meaning:
  87. * 'the Author' shall refer to Edward Leigh, the author of URL Organizer 2
  88. * 'the Program' shall refer to URL Organizer 2
  89. * 'the Licensee' shall refer either to you as an individual plus any family
  90. with whom you share a computer or, if you will be using the Program in the
  91. capacity of an employee, to the company which employs you.
  92.  
  93. The Author grants the Licensee:
  94. * the right to install and use the Program on any computer;
  95. * the right to use the Program for thirty (30) consecutive days before the
  96. Licensee must either purchase a license or uninstall the Program
  97.  
  98. providing that the Licensee agrees to be bound by the following conditions:
  99. * If the Licensee is a company, the number of licenses required at any one time
  100. equals the number of employees who use the Program. The number of licenses
  101. required specifically does not equal the maximum number of concurrent users of
  102. the Program, nor does it equal the number of computers on which the program is

  105. * The Program is provided 'as is'. The Licensee uses the Program entirely at

  122. If The Licensee does not agree with the stated license conditions, please do
  123. not install URL Organizer; or if installed already, please uninstall URL
  124. Organizer 2 immediately.

  127. INSTALLATION
  128. ------------
  129. Simply unzip the urlorg2x.zip or urlorg2x.exe archive into a single directory.
  130. Then run 'setup.exe' and follow instructions for installing URL Organizer. (You
  131. will find a 'Help' button that will bring up more detailed information.)
  132.  
  133. To uninstall, simply select 'Uninstall' from the program's Application menu.

  136. REGISTRATION
  137. ------------
  138. URL Organizer is shareware, so you may install it and try it out with all
  139. features enabled for up to 30 days before you must either register and pay for
  140. a license or uninstall the program. Functionality is limited after the 30 day
  141. evaluation period is over, but you will always have access to your URLs and,
  142. should you decide that URL Organizer is not for you, you can export your URLs
  143. back to Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator or Opera.

  145. To fully-enable the program's functionality, you must register on-line with
  146. OSoLiS (http://www.osolis.com/en/registration/). You will find instructions for
  147. how to register in the help notes (see 'Help' under the program's 'Application'
  148. menu) as well as on OSoLiS's Web site.
