  6.   Easycab is distributed as-is. Clay Reid disclaims
  7.   all warranties, expressed or implied. Clay Reid
  8.   will assume no liability for damages either from
  9.   the direct use of this product or as a
  10.   consequence of the use of this product.

  12.   LICENSE

  14.   Users of unregistered copies of the program are
  15.   granted a LIMITED 30 day license for use of
  16.   Easycab to evaluate the program's suitability for
  17.   their requirements. Usage of Easycab beyond
  18.   the evaluation period requires registration of
  19.   each copy of the program used.

  21.   You are free to distribute the Publicly Available
  22.   shareware version of Easycab to others subject
  23.   to the above restrictions and the following:

  25.   A.   No fee may be charged for its acquisition
  26.        and or use.

  28.   B.   No remuneration may be accepted for
  29.        Easycab. This does not apply to computer
  30.        access charges the system operators
  31.        (SYSOPs) of organizations owning bulletin
  32.        board systems, online services, etc. May
  33.        charge subscribers.

  35.   C.   Easycab must be copied in unaltered form,
  36.        complete with files containing license
  37.        information, the FULL documentation and
  38.        all accompanying files.

  40.   D.   All shareware houses/distribution firms
  41.        must make explicitly clear that the
  42.        diskette purchase containing this
  43.        shareware program does NOT constitute
  44.        registration of the software with Clay
  45.        Reid.

  47.   COMMERCIAL LICENSE

  49.   Commercial distributors of "Public Domain"
  50.   "Shareware", and/or User Supported Software
  51.   may distribute Easycab subject to the above
  52.   conditions.

  58.   limitation the fitfulness to a particular purpose

  63.   testing Easycab. Clay Reid shall not be liable
  64.   for any damages, including any lost profits,
  65.   lost savings or other incidental or consequential
  66.   damages arising out of your use, misuse or
  67.   inability to use the program, or for any claim by
  68.   any other party, or for any damages, whether
  69.   direct, indirect, special, or consequential
  70.   arising from a failure of this program or
  71.   accompanying files to operate in a manner
  72.   desired by the user. Clay Reid shall further
  73.   not be liable for any damage to data or property
  74.   which may be caused directly or indirectly by
  75.   use of this program.
