  5. The software contained in this archive is protected by SPEA's copyright.
  6. The software is not public domain software. It may not be resold or copied
  7. without the prior written consent of SPEA Software AG.
  8.  
  9. This contract permits the recipient to copy this archive to data networks
  10. (Internet ...) and to offer it in mailboxes for user downloads subject to
  11. the following conditions:
  12.  
  13. 1. The person offering the software is not permitted to charge additional
  14.    fees from the user (i.e. the normal telephone costs are the only
  15.    costs incurred). The mailbox must be freely accessable. This means
  16.    that at least the data areas where SPEA's software is offered may not
  17.    be related to additional costs (monthly subscription fees, download
  18.    charges etc.)

  20. 2. The software may not be sold, licensed or passed on to third parties
  21.    without the prior written permission of SPEA (data networks, driver
  22.    collections on CD, update disks etc.).
  23.  
  24. 3. The software may not be changed, i.e. the files, the majority of which
  25.    have been packed as SFX files with LHarc 2.13, must be offered in the
  26.    same way as in the SPEA Mailbox / SPEA CompuServe forum.

  28. 4. In order to attain a degree of consistency for SPEA customers, it is
  29.    obligatory to use the original file names. These (normally) contain
  30.    the board, release or version number of the driver software.
  31.  
  32. 5. SPEA can not answer enquiries concerning SPEA products which are left
  33.    in other mailboxes.
  34.  
  35. 6. The person offering the software automatically acknowledges and accepts
  36.    the terms of this agreement for offering SPEA driver software from the
  37.    point in time he offers the software.
