  15. <p>
  16. <hr     width="100%">There are two software components to the Carbon Copy/Net
  17. software: the Carbon Copy/Net Guest software and the Carbon Copy/Net Host
  18. software (the two, collectively, the "Program"). You acknowledge
  19. and agree that no title to the Program or Program documentation passes
  20. to you under this agreement. You further acknowledge and agree that Microcom
  21. does not warrant that the functions contained in the Program will meet
  22. your requirements, or that the operation of the Program will be error-free
  23. or uninterrupted. You agree that you are solely responsible for your installation,
  24. maintenance and use of the Program. </p>
  25.  
  26. <p>Your use of the Program shall be governed by the terms set forth in
  27. the Netscape license agreement if you own Netscape's Power Pack(tm) software
  28. or by the terms set forth in Microcom's standard Carbon Copy licensing
  29. agreement if you do not own Netscape's Power Pack software, which terms
  30. are hereby incorporated by reference in this agreement. In addition, Microcom
  31. hereby licenses you these specific rights for the Program to:</p>
  32.  
  33. <p>1) Install and use the Program on a single computer.</p>
  34.  
  35. <p>2) Install and use the Program on a second computer if you are the primary
  36. user of the two computers OR if the second computer is your home computer
  37. (you are the primary user if you are using the computer for at least 75%
  38. of its usage time).</p>
  39.  
  40. <p>3) Copy the Program into any machine readable form only for back up
  41. purposes and provided that you reproduce and include the copyright and
  42. proprietary notices on the original in your back up copy.</p>
  43.  
  44. <p>4) Transfer your license to the Program to another person provided that
  45. you:</p>
  46.  
  47. <p>A) Transfer the original documentation, original diskettes and this
  48. Licensing Agreement to such person; and</p>
  49.  
  50. <p>B) Delete all copies of this Program from your computer(s) and from
  51. any backup disks or devices.</p>
  52.  
  53. <p>Transferring this license terminates all of your associated benefits
  54. such as technical support and upgrade offers. </p>
  55.  
  56. <p>5) Use the Carbon Copy/Net Guest software to communicate with the Carbon
  57. Copy/Net Host software included with this software package and with any
  58. other licensed Carbon Copy Host but not to let another user access your
  59. personal computer.</p>
  60.  
  61. <p>6) Use the Carbon Copy/Net Host software solely for your personal use
  62. in communicating with the Carbon Copy/Net Guest software that is included
  63. with this specific software package.
