  16. You are hereby licensed to:  use the Shareware Version of the software
  17. for a 30-day evaluation period; make as many copies of the Shareware
  18. version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact
  19. copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the
  20. Shareware version of the software and documentation in its unmodified
  21. form via electronic means.  There is no charge for any of the above.

  24. for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software
  25. and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise)

  39. use this software after the 30-day evaluation period a registration fee
  40. of $10 is required.  Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank,
  41. and should be sent to Dan Puraty, 3536 Kent Road, Stow, OH 44224-4602.
  42. When payment is received you will be sent a registered copy of the latest
  43. version of Triple Yahoo! on diskette.

  45. One registered copy of Triple Yahoo! may be dedicated to a single person
  46. who uses the software on one or more computers or to a single workstation
  47. used by multiple people.

  49. You may access the registered version of Triple Yahoo! through a network,
  50. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software
  51. covering all workstations that will access the software through the
  52. network.

  62. This software and the accompanying files are sold "as is" and without
  63. warranties as to performance of merchantability or any other warranties
  64. whether expressed or implied. Because of the various hardware and
  65. software environments into which Triple Yahoo! may be put, no warranty
  66. of fitness for a particular purpose is offered.

  68. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly
  69. tested with non-critical data before relying on it.  The user must
  70. assume the entire risk of using the program.  Any liability of the
  71. seller will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of
