  16.         Please pay cash, NO CHEQUES because they cause additional costs
  17.         for me (if you really want to pay by cheque, you must add another
  18.         10 $US).  Germans may use crossed cheques (Verrechnungsschecks)
  19.         of 80 DM or money transfer, other Europeans may use Eurocheques
