  11.         <p>Incorporated in 1991, Xtreme Mountain Bike Inc. is a
  12.         privately held company with R&D and manufacturing
  13.         facilities at 2001 Meridian Way, Vancouver, British
  14.         Columbia, Canada. Xtreme distributes titanium and
  15.         aluminum frame mountain bikes and accessories to Asia,
  16.         Australia, Europe, and North America from warehouse
  17.         facilities located in North Vancouver at 346A Marine
  18.         Drive East.</p>
  19.         <p>Sustained by financing from family and friends,
  20.         Xtreme's founding partners, Mark Ellison and Greg
  21.         Chisholm spent over two years researching manufacturing
  22.         techniques, developing design features and capitalizing
  23.         on their many connections in the mountain bike racing
  24.         community to evolve a global distribution network before
  25.         going into production. They also leaned on their racing
  26.         colleagues to "race-test" their prototypes and
  27.         refined design & fabrication techniques until their
  28.         exacting standards were met. </p>
  29.         <p>The first 25 Xtreme bikes hit the market in June,
  30.         1993. By 1996, production runs hit 130 units per day with
  31.         plans to increase capacity in the second quarter of 1997.
