  65. TLA SOFTWARE'S OBLIGATIONS IS LIMITED TO A REFUND OF ANY
  66. LICENSE FEE YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO TLA SOFTWARE FOR THIS PROGRAM.

  68. TERM
  69.  
  70. This License is effective until terminated.  You may terminate
  71. the license(s) by destroying the program and documentation and
  72. all copies thereof.  Such license(s) will also automatically
  73. and irrevocably terminate if you fail to comply with any term
  74. or condition of this Agreement.  This includes failure to
  75. register this product 30 days after you first install it.
  76. Upon any termination you agree to destroy all copies of the
  77. program and documentation in your possession.
  78.  
  79. GENERAL
  80.  
  81. This License Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the
  82. State of South Carolina without regard to principles of
  83. conflicts of laws and shall inure to the benefit of TLA
  84. Software, its successors and assigns.  Any dispute relating
  85. hereto shall be adjudicated in the state or federal courts in
  86. the State of South Carolina, and you hereby consent to the
  87. exclusive jurisdiction of said courts for any such disputes.
  88. If any provision hereof is unenforceable, that provision shall
  89. be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remainder
  90. of this License Agreement shall continue in full force and
  91. effect.
