  9. nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production or 
  10. delivery of this product assumes any liability for damages, direct or 
  11. consequential, which may result from the use of the software.

  14. you find this program useful then you must register. On payment of 
  15. the registration fee, you will be granted a non-exclusive, 
  16. non-transferable license to use the Software and documentation, for 
  17. use in accordance with this license agreement on a single PalmOS 
  18. device. The registered users would be provided wih registration key. 
  19. This registration key may not be passed onto others. Since the 
  20. registration code is derived from the PalmOS user name, a new 
  21. registration code is required for each PalmOS device.

  23. Unregistered use of the Software after the evaluation period is in 
  24. violation of U.S. and international copyright laws. The Software 
  25. shall not be modified, reverse engineered, decompiled, disassebmled 
  26. or used for any derivative works based on the Software for any 
  27. purpose.

  29. Distribution of unregistered Software is permitted only for the 
  30. whole software package without any modifications. All accompanying 
  31. files must be included. You are specifically prohibited from 
  32. charging or requesting donations for any such copies.
