  19. the program will be slightly smaller, you won't see the Unregistered Splash
  20. screen anymore and this will encourage me to write more great programs for
  21. the PalmPilot.

  27. Method 1. Direct purchase from PilotGear

  37. Method 2. KAGI On-line Registration Service
  38.  
  39. With the on-line registration service, you can register using your "Visa,"
  40. "Mastercard," or "American Express".

  46. Method 3. KAGI Payment Services
  47.  
  48. With the KAGI payment services, you can register via E-Mail, Fax or US
  49. Local Postal Mail using your "Check", "Visa," "Mastercard," "American
  50. Express," or "First Virtual.". To find out more about KAGI, click here.

  52. Common steps that all must follow :
  53.  
  54.   1. Run the register program, in Windows 3.1, Windows 3.11 or Windows 95.
  55.      If you do not have it, you can download it by clicking here.
  56.   2. Fill in your name, email address and postal address.
  57.   3. Enter the quantity next to the shareware you wish to purchase.
  58.   4. Select your preferred payment method.When paying via E-Mail or Fax you
  59.      can only use a credit card or First Virtual.
  60.   5. Enter your credit card or your First Virtual information, if used. Do
  61.      not enter the day if your card shows an expiration day.
  62.   6. Follow the additional steps below for the method of registering of
  63.      your choice.

  65. If you intend to register via E-Mail, follow these additional steps:
  66.  
  67.   1. Windows: Click on the 'Next >>" button, lower right of the Register
  68.      Window. Select "I will Email it now, copy the text to Windows
  69.      clipboard" radio button and click on OK button below. Read the warning
  70.      prompts and pay attention to them.
  71.   2. Open your email program.
  72.   3. Make a new email message with the address as: sales@kagi.com
  73.   4. Click on the message area and paste. It will paste what was copied
  74.      from register into the email message. Double check to see that the
  75.      information is correct, if not reenter it in the Register program,
  76.      copy and paste over.
  77.   5. Send the message. Save a copy for yourself.

  79.      If you do not get an email acknowledgment from KAGI in a couple of
  80.      working days, you either did not give us an email address or there is
  81.      a problem.

  83.      Once I receive the registration information from KAGI, I will e-mail
  84.      you the REGISTERED VERSION within four (4) working days.

  86. If you intend to register by Fax, follow these additional steps:
  87.  
  88.   1. Click on the "Print" button. The output should have bar codes on it.
  89.   2. Double check to see that the information is correct, if not reenter it
  90.      in the Register program.
  91.   3. Run it through your fax machine/fax modem. Fax it to +1 510-652-6589
  92.   4. Save a copy of the form for yourself, we suggest printing it out.

  94.      If you do not get an email acknowledgment from KAGI within four
  95.      working days, you either did not give us an email address or there is
  96.      a problem.
  97.  
  98.      Please note that it can take up to seven days for faxes to get
  99.      processed. We have to print them and send them out to data entry just
  100.      like postal payments. If time is critical, we suggest you send your
  101.      registration via email. Email payments are processed without being
  102.      sent out to data entry and usually takes only one or two days to get
  103.      you your payment information.

  105.      Once I receive the registration information from KAGI, I will e-mail
  106.      you the REGISTERED VERSION within four (4) working days.

  108. If you intend to register via Postal Mail, follow these additional steps :
  109.  
  110.   1. Click on the "Print" button, lower right of the Register window.
  111.      Double check to see that the information is correct, if not reenter it
  112.      in the Register program and print again.
  113.   2. Make checks payable to "Kagi". Checks must be in US Dollars only.
  114.      Please write the program name on the check as well as your email
  115.      address, if you have one.
  116.   3. Post it to :

  122.   4. Save a copy for yourself.

  124.      If you do not get an email acknowledgment from us in a couple of
  125.      weeks, you either did not give us an email address or there is a
  126.      problem. If no email address then you will receive a postcard if you
  127.      paid for one.

  130.      you the REGISTERED VERSION within four (4) working days.

  133. IMPORTANT NOTICE
  134. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
  135. Payment by check to my local address in Singapore is no longer acceptable.
  136. This is because the bank earns more than me for each check clearance.
  137.  
  138. The bank in Singapore charge a minimum of SIN$10 or 1.8% of the amount, 
  139. which ever is higher for clearing a foreign check. Hence for a registration
  140. fee of US$12, I only get to keep US$5 only.
