- IMPORTANT NOTICE
- ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- Payment by check to my local address in Singapore is no longer acceptable.
- This is because the bank earns more than me for each check clearance.
-
- The bank in Singapore charge a minimum of SIN$10 or 1.8% of the amount,
- which ever is higher for clearing a foreign check. Hence for a registration
- fee of US$12, I only get to keep US$5 only.
