  6.   Electronic End User License Agreement
  7.   Hoards of the Deep Realm: Championship Edition

  9.   This Aaron Ardiri ("Aaron Ardiri") End User License Agreement accomanies
  10.   the Hoards of the Deep Realm product ("Software").  Read  this agreement 
  11.   carefully.  If  you do not  wish to  accept this agreement,  you may not 
  12.   install or use this  Software on a device,  simulator or emulator of the 
  13.   Palm Computing Platform.

  15.   1. Use of Software
  16.   You may install the Software  on a device,  simulator or emulator of the
  17.   Palm Computing Platform and distribute unmodified copies of the Software
  18.   freely.  Each copy that is distributed  must contain this  agreement and 
  19.   any other  documentation pertaining to this Software.  You may not offer
  20.   versions of  this Software for download or  other means of  distribution 
  21.   without the prior consent of Aaron Ardiri. You  may not charge a fee for 
  22.   the distribution of this Software on any media with the exception of the 
  23.   cost of the media that it is supplied on or with.  In the case where the
  24.   medium  is physical,  on production,  a complimentary  copy of the media 
  25.   shall be supplied to Aaron Ardiri free of charge.

  27.   2. Copyright
  28.   The Software is owned by Aaron Ardiri.  Its structure,  presentation and 
  29.   source code  are valuable trade secrets of Aaron Ardiri.  This agreement 
  30.   does not grant you intellectual property rights in the Software.

  32.   3. Restrictions
  33.   You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer,  decompile,
  34.   dissasemble  or otherwise attempt to discover the code and algorithms of 
  35.   the Software.

  37.   4. No Warranty
  38.   The Software is delivered AS IS and Aaron Ardiri makes no warranty as to
  39.   its  use or performance.  Aaron Ardiri does not,  and cannot warrant the 
  40.   performance  or results  you may  obtain by using the  Software  or  its 
  41.   documentation. Aaron Ardiri makes no warranties, express or implied,  as
  42.   to noninfringement of  third party rights,  merchantability,  or fitness 
  43.   for any particular purpose.  In no event will Aaron  Ardiri be liable to
  44.   you for any  consequential,  incidental or  special damages,  or for any
  45.   claim by any third party.
