ActionOutline (ZDNet 5-star!)
-----------------------------
ActionOutline is a 32-bit information organizer that
uses a hierarchical tree format to let you quickly build outlines
of text-based data. The possibilities for its use are practically
endless: to-do lists, recipes, project notes, personal contacts,
bookmark lists, reports, term papers and more.
Arrange items using keyboard or mouse, cut and paste branches,
place checks or tags next to listed items, search and replace
information, print data, link to web or local files and more.

1st File Descriptor (ZDNet 5-star!)
-----------------------------------
1st File Descriptor is a handy utility that adds several useful
options to the context (right-click) menu of Windows Explorer.
You can use it to add descriptions to files, folders, or archives,
the first line of which will appear on the context menu.
Additionally you can open .zip and .rar archives, extract files
from them, or view text files which can then be easily imported
into the description. You can also use it to view and/or modify
file dates and attributes. If you frequently wonder what a file is,
even using long filenames, then 1st File Descriptor will solve
that problem for you.

1st QuickLaunch
---------------
1st QuickLaunch helps you to define keyboard shortcuts for
launching your favorite applications, phone numbers and Web pages.
You can create shortcuts to system folders such as My Computer,
Control Panel, Printers, and more. You can also open a small drop
basket to drag and drop new applications without hiding the desktop.
In addition, you can transfer shortcuts between computers, and view
unused keys while creating new shortcuts. You simply specify the
command-line parameters, starting directory, and initial window state
for every application.
You can add, remove, and modify your keyboard shortcuts using its
simple to use interface.
1st QuickLaunch can run as a convenient icon in the System Tray area
of the Windows taskbar.

1st QuickRes
------------
1st QuickRes enhances the standard Windows 95/98/NT Display Properties
dialog, providing the ability to switch desktop size, colors, refresh
rates and screensavers on-the-fly from the system tray.
QuickRes keeps positions of desktop icons when changing desktop size.
It previews your changes with options to confirm or abandon and
automatically returns to previous mode after 15 seconds, if you do not
confirm explicitly.
You can define your favorite desktop, color and refresh rate settings.
Later you can access them from the tray menu or using system-wide
hotkeys.
Prebuilt favorites allows you to incrementally enlarge and reduce
desktop size. If you wish, you can define such favorites for colors
and refresh rate.
You have full screensaver control with QuickRes. Launch, configure
and set as default any screensaver from the tray menu. If you like
to access screensavers fast, launch default screensaver by
double-clicking tray icon and using system-wide keystroke. You can
explicitly enable and disable screensavers.

InterBase Localizer
-------------------
Use InterBase Localizer to localize InterBase messages.
InterBase Localizer allows you to edit the InterBase message file
"interbas.msg". You can localize/customize messages such as:
"arithmetic exception, numeric overflow, or string truncation".
You can browse messages manually, find messages by contents and
jump to the message with the specified identifier. Changes are
highlighted to support translation. Localizer automatically detects
32 or 16-bit Interbase installed at your computer. You can save an
original message file and revert to it if required. Context-sensitive
help is included.
