  10. the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.  If 
  11. you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, you are not authorized

  15. The software that accompanies this license Party Data is protected by 
  16. copyright law.  While Party Data continues to own the software 
  17. you will have certain rights to use the software after your acceptance 
  18. of this license.  Your rights and obligations with respect to the use 
  19. of this software are as follows:

  21. 1) Party Data grants to you a personal, non-exclusive, 
  22. non-transferable and royalty-free license to install and use the 
  23. software for your lawful personal use.  The software may be installed 
  24. only on computers and handheld devices controlled by you.
  25. 2) You may make copies of the software as may be necessary for backup 
  26. and archival purpose.
  27. 3) Under no circumstances are you allowed to distribute the software.

  31. Party Data expressly disclaims any warranty for the software.  
  32. The software and any related documentation is provided "AS IS" without 
  33. warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without 
  34. limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a 
  35. particular purpose, or non-infringement.  The entire risk arising out 
  36. of use of performance or the Software remains with you.

  38. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
  39. You must assume the entire risk of using the software.  Any liability 
  40. of the seller will be limited exclusively to product replacement or 
  41. refund of  purchase price.  The software is not specifically developed 
  42. or licensed for use in any nuclear, aviation's, mass transit, life 
  43. support, medical or any other inherently dangerous applications, or 
  44. commercial applications.
  45. In no event shall Party Data or be liable for any damages whatsoever 
  46. (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, 
  47. business interruption, loss of business information, or any other 
  48. pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this 
  49. product, even if Party Data has been advised of the possibility of 
  50. such damages.
