  3. By instaling and using this Software, you agree to be bound by 
  4. all the terms and conditions of this licence agreement. If you do not 
  5. agree to these terms, promptly destroy all copies of the software in 
  6. your possession.

  8. The Software is supplied as is. The author disclaims all warranties, 
  9. expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties 
  10. of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. Neither the author 
  11. nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production or 
  12. delivery of this product assumes any liability for damages, direct or 
  13. consequential, which may result from the use of the software.

  15. This Software is protected by copyright law, and is licensed, not sold. 
  16. On payment of the registration fee, you will be granted a non-exclusive, 
  17. non-transferable license to use the Software and documentation, for 
  18. use in accordance with this license agreement on a single PalmOS 
  19. device. The registered users would be provided wih registration key. 
  20. This registration key may not be passed onto others.

  22. Distribution of unregistered Software is permitted only for the 
  23. whole software package without any modifications. All accompanying 
  24. files must be included. You are specifically prohibited from 
  25. charging or requesting donations for any such copies.

  27. The Software shall not be modified, reverse engineered, decompiled, 
  28. disassebmled or used for any derivative works based on the Software 
  29. for any purpose.
