  10. Introduction
  11. ============
  12.     This program can help you calculate the probability on a successful 
  13. relationship between two people, simply input both names (include first 
  14. and last name) into the two text boxes, and press "Calculate!".
  15.  
  16.     A matching percentage and a number of hearts will be displayed on
  17. the bottom of the screen, showing how many percent the two names match.
  18. Once you've got the result, you can press "Reset" to clear the display,
  19. ready for calculating another two names.

  21.     Sorry to non-english user, this program at the moment, can only
  22. correctly calculate english names. You can input non-english charaters,
  23. but the resulting percentage may not be what you expect... ^-^

  26. Options
  27. =======
  28.     There're two fields, "Name1" and "Name2" on the screen. If you want
  29. to have the program automatically default your Palm's owner name to the
  30. "Name1" field, please go to the "Options" menu, call up the "About LoveCalc"
  31. screen, and enable the "default to owner name" checkbox option. The next 
  32. time you press "Reset", your name will be automatically filled-in.

  35. Special Trick
  36. =============
  37.     To increase the fun of this little program, I've incorporated a small
  38. "trick" into LoveCalc. For example, if you come across a new and special 
  39. someone, you would surely want to show him/her this program, and hope it
  40. would give out a "high" percentage between you two...
  41.  
  42.     No problem! You can do that using LoveCalc! Simply press the hardware
  43. "ScrollDown" key, to put the program into "trick" mode, before you press
  44. "Calculate", and you'll always get a 80+ percentage!

  46.    A small dot in the lower-left corner of the screen will indicate whether 
  47. "trick" mode is enabled. You can cancel trick mode anytime by pressing the 
  48. hardware "ScrollDown" key again, also please remember, everytime you press 
  49. "Reset", the "trick" mode is cancelled too.

  52. IR Beaming (NEW!)
  53. =================
  54.    One of the biggest enhancement in LoveCalc v2.0 is the addition of IR
  55. beaming capability! This new feature enable two LoveCalc users to test "love 
  56. percentage" with each other remotely, through the use of the IR port!
  57.  
  58.    With this wonderful new feature, LoveCalc is much more fun than ever! 
  59. Because as long as you have it installed on your Palm, you can use your 
  60. Palm as a tool to meet new friends! Especially when you come across a new 
  61. and special someone, and you want to let each other know how much do you 
  62. match together!

  64.    To use IR beaming, simply pass the hardware "ScrollUp" key, and your name 
  65. will be beamed to the receiver's Palm automatically. At the meanwhile, the 
  66. receiver's Palm will response by beaming his/her name back to you, and then
  67. the "love percentage" will be calculated and shown on both parties' screen!

  69.    Furthermore, the "trick" mode also works through IR Beaming! That means, 
  70. if you have enabled "trick" mode before you start beaming, the receiver will 
  71. get a tricked percentage! This is very useful to "impress" your new dream 
  72. partner!

  79.     LoveCalc is my first attempt in writing program for Palm using C/C++.
  80. Before this program, I've actually written another small program for
  81. testing purpose (that was really my first Palm program), but that was
  82. written in Java for the KVM. Since a program for KVM requires the KVM
  83. to run, it is quite a overhead for such small program like this one.
