  4. AllergyDays is for all those who suffer from allergy symptoms. AllergyDays stores your 
  5. daily observations and thus helps you to keep track of your allergies. 
  6.  
  7. AllergyDays is your personal allergy calendar for the Palm system. The interface resembles 
  8. the built-in Palm calendar program which makes handling both familiar and convenient. 
  9. AllergyDays allows you to track three allergic reactions on a daily basis. You can name 
  10. the symptoms as you like using the Preferences screen. 
  11. The month view shows you in short the allergic reactions for each day. The top most bar 
  12. stands for symptom #1, the middle bar for symptom #2 and the bottom bar for symtom #3. 
  13. The height of the bar symbolizes the intensity of the allergic reaction. To help you get 
  14. a clearer view of your allergies you can enter data for mornings, middays and evenings 
  15. independently. 
  16. Furthermore you can enter notes for each day which is symolized by a small ┤N┤.

  18. Entering your observations is very easy indeed. AllergyDays automatically adjusts to the 
  19. daytime so you needn┤t bother with mornings, middays or evenings. Simply enter your 
  20. observation at the time you experience an allergic reaction. AllergyDays stores it for 
  21. you time-dependent in its database. Data entered prior to 11 am is considered as morning, 
  22. between 11 am and 2 pm as midday, and after that as evening. 
  23. To round off the usability AllergyDays offers some statistics about your allergies and 
  24. a graphical overview for 12 month.

  27. AllergyDays is only 36k small and runs on any Pilot PDAs by Palm: 
  28. PalmPilot Personal/Professional and Palm III, V and VII.

  31. programs on our web site www.linkesoft.com.

  33. AllergyDays is shareware. You can try out the fully functional program limited only by the 
  34. number of entries (30). If you like it and want to use it regularly, please register. 
  35. Registration fee is only $12 and can be paid at PilotGearHQ, www.pilotgear.com. 
  36. Registered users are entitled to support and free upgrades. 
  37. Detailed registration instructions are also available when you tap on the 
  38. "Please register!" button visible in the unregistered version of AllergyDays.

  51. This license agreement settles the relation between LinkeSoft and the 
  52. user concerning the use of the enclosed software product ("program") of
  53. LinkeSoft in its Shareware version and its registered version.

  56. The user obtains through this license by LinkeSoft the non-exclusive 
  57. right to install and use this program on his PalmPilot.
  58. The program remains the sole property of LinkeSoft.
  59. The user further obtains the right to make a back-up copy by means of 
  60. the HotSync feature.

  63. The user may distribute the Shareware version of this program or copies 
  64. thereof. The Shareware version may be published on the Inter- or 
  65. Intranet or on software collections (on CDs etc.).
  66. Each distribution must contain these provisions and the above copyright
  67. notice. Except for publishing on software collections the distribution 
  68. of this program has to be free of charge.
  69. The program name or the name of LinkeSoft shall not be used for
  70. promotional purposes without prior written consent of LinkeSoft.

  87. For regular use the program has to be registered according to the 
  88. general rules about Shareware. Registration is made by payment of the 
  89. registration fee according to the program instructions. After 
  90. registration the user receives a key that entitles him to unrestricted 
  91. use of the program according to this license. Registration further 
  92. entitles the user to get support by LinkeSoft via email and free 
  93. upgrades of this program.

  96. The user shall in no way make copies of the registered version of this
  97. program, except such as coming under º 1. The user shall in no way 
  98. resell or lend the registered program or copies thereof to third persons.
  99. The registered program may not be made available to third persons.

  102. In the event that any provision of this Agreement should be or become 
  103. invalid or if there is a gap in the Agreement, the validity of the other 
  104. provisions shall not be affected. In lieu of the invalid provision or in 
  105. order to complete the Agreement, a reasonable provision shall be 
  106. effective approaching to what parties would have agreed upon if they had 
  107. considered that issue.

  110. This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with German 
  111. law as it applies to German citizens and the parties hereby agree to 
  112. submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany. The place 
  113. of proceeding will be Berlin.
