  27. Thank you for downloading Trouble Ticket.  We hope you
  28. find this application a useful extension to your handheld 
  29. device.

  31. Trouble Ticket shareware version is a reduced version of the
  32. registered software.  The ability to use the full screen
  33. area to record some entries is not available in the
  34. shareware version.

  41. 2.0  Quick Start Steps
  42. ============================================================

  44. The following steps will get you up and running with Trouble
  45. Ticket.
  46.  
  47. 1) Open the downloaded self-extracting Zip file and extract
  48.    all the files into the specified directory or one of your
  49.    choice.
  50.  
  51. 2) Use the Palm Install Tool to load the Trouble Ticket
  52.    application onto your Palm device. The Palm Install Tool
  53.    can usually be found under Palm Desktop on the Start menu.
  54.    Click the Add button and locate the directory where you 
  55.    copied the Trouble Ticket files.

  57.    Select the file TTICKET.PRC.
  58.  
  59. 3) Place you Palm device in its cradle and perform a HotSync.
  60.    The Trouble Ticket application is now installed on your 
  61.    handheld and ready for use.
