  5. What is SiteSwap?
  6.  
  7. SiteSwap is a freeware juggling animation program for the palm pilot.
  8. It is based off of Glenn Hutchings source code for Juggle v1.0 and is
  9. licensed under the gnu general purpose license (see license.txt for
  10. details).  Juggle v1.0 was written for unix and was ported to the
  11. palmOS by Stuart Macmillan as SiteSwap (versions 0.08 to 0.1 alpha).
  12. I have since updated Stuart's source code, so any questions, comments,
  13. or bug reports for this version of the program should go to me (Nathan

  24. What improvements have been made over the last version?

  26. The following bugs have been fixed since the beta 1 release:
  27. - On some PDAs, juggling the kitty would cause a fatal error.
  28. - Memory leak was identified and fixed.  This would crash low memory PDAs
  29. - Older PDAs would not refresh the screen properly at times.

  31. Everything should work properly.  If you find anything that
  32. doesn't work, send me an email at nathan@juggler.net.  It definitely
  33. should not crash, if it does, I would like to know about it.

  36. Are there any known bugs in this release?

  38. No.  There are no known bugs in this release.  However, I have not fully
  39. tested this program on all palmOS devices, so there could be some
  40. problems that I don't know about.  That's why I need feedback from you
  41. guys if you find any bugs.

  44. What features does it have now?

  46. - Generate random siteswap patterns, select out of a list, or make up
  47.   your own.
  48. - Uses base 36 notation for siteswap entry.  That means A-Z are valid
  49.   digits (A=10, Z=35).
  50. - Does not support multiplex or synchronous notation, but will accept
  51.   all other valid siteswap notations.
  52. - Has adjustable speed.
  53. - Can change the type of objects that are juggled.

  58. - Support for multiplex and synchronous siteswap notation (this is not
  59.   trivial mind you).
  60. - Use more realistic animation (i.e. scooping, use real parabolic
  61.   paths, scale heights accurately, and scale balls with height)
