  11. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  12. before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
  13. agreement signed by Mobile Generation Software, your use of this
  14. software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and
  15. warranty.

  19. One registered copy of MobileDB may only be used by a single person 
  20. on one Palm Computing(R) Platform device.  Since the registration 
  21. code is derived from the PalmOS user name, a new registration code 
  22. is required for each Palm Computing Platform device.

  26. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  27. Texas.

  29. Disclaimer of Warranty

  31. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  32. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  33. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Because of the
  34. various hardware and software environments into which MobileDB
  35. or MobileDB Lite may be utilized, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR

  39. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.

  49. This is not free software.  Subject to the terms below, you are
  50. hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes for
  51. 30 days only.  If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation 
  52. period a registration fee of $14.95 is required.  Registration is 
  53. avaiable through PalmPilotGear HQ at www.pilotgear.com.  When 
  54. payment is received you  will be sent a registration code which 
  55. should be entered into the MobileDB or MobileDB Lite registration form.

  57. Unregistered use of MobileDB or MobileDB Lite after the 30-day 
  58. evaluation period is in violation of U.S. and international copyright 
  59. laws.

  64. Since there is no registered version of MobileDB, you are hereby licensed
  65. to make as many copies of the this software and documentation as you 
  66. wish; give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone;

  68. in its unmodified form via electronic means.  There is no charge for 
  69. any of the above.
