Soundplant is a computer keyboard-based digital audio performance program, allowing for 72 fully customizable sample-triggering keys. It loads wav & aif files of unlimited size (registered version also loads mp3 files) and enables precise, non-destructive control over pitch, offsets, volume, and panning. Soundplant is a 'software sampler' with no external devices needed, no MIDI involved, and near-instant sound cueing. Through an easy point-and-click, drag-and-drop interface, configure each key or batch assign multiple keys, and save and load keyboard configurations.
Only a sound card and enough RAM to run Windows is required.

no formal instalation required; simply extract the archive and run Soundplant_261.exe. Soundplant is freely redistributed freeware with a registration option (see website).
