  1. License Agreement

  3. This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and
  4. inKline Global, Inc. By installing the software package, you are agreeing to 
  5. be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of 
  6. this agreement, promptly uninstall the software.
  7.  
  8. INKLINE GLOBAL, INC. SOFTWARE LICENSE
  9. RedBox Organizer is a Shareware. It is not a free software, neither is it a 
  10. public domain software. Non-Licensed users are granted a limited license to 
  11. use RedBox Organizer on a 21 day trial basis for the purposes of determining 
  12. whether RedBox Organizer is suitable for their needs. If the users decide to 
  13. use RedBox Organizer after their 21 days trial period, they are required to 
  14. register RedBox Organizer. The use of unlicensed copies of RedBox Organizer 
  15. by any person or business without registering after the initial trial period 
  16. is strictly prohibited. Registration entitles you to use RedBox Organizer. 
  17. You should promptly uninstall the software from your computer within the 
  18. allowed trial period should you determine that the software does not meet 
  19. your requirements.

  21. RedBox Organizer is licensed on a per user basis. The license grants the user 
  22. the right to install and use the software on one or more computers so long 
  23. the total number of users does not exceed the license quantity, just like a 
  24. book cannot be read by 2 persons at 2 different locations simultaneously.

  26. REDBOX ORGANIZER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. INKLINE 
  27. GLOBAL, INC. FURTHER DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING WITHOUT 
  28. LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A 
  29. PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF 
  30. THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH YOU.

  32. IN NO EVENT SHALL INKLINE GLOBAL, INC. OR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN THE 
  33. CREATION, PRODUCTION, OR DELIVERY OF THE SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES 
  34. WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS 
  35. PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER 
  36. PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE 
  37. OR DOCUMENTATION, EVEN IF INKLINE GLOBAL, INC. HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE 
  38. POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
