  15. identified above, which includes computer software and may

  17. or electronic documentation ("Bloch Reversi").
  18. By installing, copying, or otherwise using Bloch Reversi,
  19. you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not
  20. agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use

  23. Bloch Reversi LICENSE
  24. Bloch Reversi is protected by copyright laws and international
  25. copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
  26. treaties. Bloch Reversi is licensed, not sold.

  28. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the following rights:
  29. Installation and Use. You may install and use an unlimited number of
  30. copies of Bloch Reversi.

  32. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.

  34. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly.
  35. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Bloch
  36. Reversi, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly
  37. permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

  39. Separation of Components.
  40. Bloch Reversi is licensed as a single product. Its component
  41. parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer.

  43. Software Transfer.
  44. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA,
  45. provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA.

  47. Termination.
  48. Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software
  49. may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and
  50. conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies
  51. of Bloch Reversi and all of its component parts.

  53. 3. COPYRIGHT.
  54. All title and copyrights in and to Bloch Reversi
  55. (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations,
  56. video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into 
  57. Bloch Reversi), the accompanying printed materials, and any
  58. copies of Bloch Reversi are owned by the Author of this
  59. Software. Bloch Reversi is protected by copyright laws
  60. and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat
  61. Bloch Reversi like any other copyrighted material except
  62. that you may install Bloch Reversi on a single computer
  63. provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival
  64. purposes.

  66. 4. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS.
  67. Bloch Reversi and documentation are provided with
  68. RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the
  69. Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in
  70. subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and
  71. Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs
  72. (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software-Restricted

  96. either express or implied, including, without limitation, the
  97. implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular
  98. purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use
  99. or performance of Bloch Reversi remains with you.

  101. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
  102. In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any
  103. damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for
  104. loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
  105. information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
  106. of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this
  107. Software has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  108. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion
  109. or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages,
  110. the above limitation may not apply to you.
