  14. Have  you  ever  used  the  Internet?  If  so,  you've probably
  15. encountered  ZIP  files.  Are  you  a  Windows  user?   If  so,
  16. EasyZip is the way to handle these archived files.

  18. EasyZip  brings  the  convenience of Windows to the use of Zip
  19. files.  Windows  95,  98,  NT, versions are shipped on the same
  20. disk. EasyZip features include:

  22. Windows 95 support: EasyZip includes long filename support  and
  23. slight integration with the Windows 95 shell.   Drag  and  drop
  24. from and to the Explorer and Extracting and  creating  Archives
  25. directly from Windows Explorer.

  27. Built-in 100% PKZIP-compatible ZIP and UNZIP (PKZIP and PKUNZIP
  28. are NOT required for any zipping or unzipping operations).

  34. EasyZip  is extremely  easy to use!  To  open an archive simply
  35. double  click  on  an archive  listed in  the File  Manager  or
  36. Explorer,  or use  the standard  Open dialog.  The main EasyZip
  37. window features a list box with the names, sizes, and date/time
  38. stamps of  all  files  in  the  open archive.  This list can be
  39. scrolled and sorted on  any  field.  A  Toolbar  provides  fast
  40. access  to  commonly  used  actions.   All  options  (including
  41. window  size  and  position)  are  saved  and  restored. Double
  42. clicking  on  a  file in the main window has the same effect as
  43. double  clicking in  the File  Manager or  Explorer. First  the
  44. file is extracted from the archive.  If the file is executable,
  45. it is  run.  Otherwise,  the  file is opened by the appropriate
  46. application (for example,  Windows Write for *.WRI files) based
  47. on standard Windows associations.
