  3.      The CTS Serial Port Utilities is shareware. The exclusive copyrights to
  4.      this program are held by Computer Telecommunication Systems, Inc.

  13.                              WHAT IS SHAREWARE?
  14.      ------------------------------------------------------------------
  15.      Shareware is a distribution (or marketing) method that gives you the
  16.      opportunity to try out software before making your purchase decision.
  17.      It has become a major force in the software industry, helping to reduce
  18.      software prices and eliminate copy protection schemes. If you try the
  19.      CTS Serial Port Utilities package and continue using it, you are
  20.      required to register.

  22.      You are encouraged to copy the CTS Serial Port Utilities Shareware
  23.      diskette(s) and share them freely with others. You may try out the
  24.      complete program at your own pace, and then decide if the CTS Serial Port
  25.      Utilities is an application you want on your computer. This is not a
  26.      disabled or demo copy, but the complete working version of the program.

  28.      If you should try the SPU and have a problem, PLEASE let us know. We
  29.      work hard to eliminate all problems and add new programs as needed by
  30.      users. But if you don't tell us, we may not know! Or, we may have already
  31.      resolved the problem and have a solution ready for you.

  33.      If you use the SPU to resolve a problem with your system, then you
  34.      are obligated to purchase a license. You've successfully used the
  35.      SPU for it's intended purpose, so please consider this as a
  36.      "successful evaluation" and purchase the software. You have received
  37.      a value from the software which we worked hard to provide for you.

  39.      After you have used the CTS Serial Port Utilities (SPU) package for
  40.      a reasonable evaluation period (not to exceed 30 days) you must
  41.      either stop using it or buy a licensed copy from Computer
  42.      Telecommunication Systems, Inc.
