  4. What does this program do?

  6. This  is  a  server  program  combines both SMTP and POP3 functions on Windows 95/98.
  7. It  works  silently in the background so that you cannot feel it. You can 
  8. use any mail client program you like, but remember to modify  the  SMTP  and  
  9. POP3 server settings of the mail client to the machine that this program is 
  10. installed within.

  69. instructions in the "Uninstall the program" first, or you won't be able to 
  70. install this package.

  74. It is highly recommended to create a new directory for both *.exe and database
  75. files, which  allows  you  to set the access control of the directory.
