  8.   Winamp Skin Maker (Skinner, for short) is a tool to help you to create your
  9.   own skin. You can put the picture of your favorite soccer team, your cat,
  10.   your girl/boy friend, or anything as your Winamp's skin. With easy user
  11.   interface, you wonÆt waste your time, you only need less than one minute!
  12.   Skinner will automatically save your skin to current skins directory,
  13.   so you should have a Winamp installed on your system, before using this
  14.   program.

  16.   If you do not know what is 'skin' and what is 'winamp', this program is not
  17.   for you. If you really want to know about it, just ask your friend or visit
  18.   Nullsoft in http://www.winamp.com.

  47.   There's no warranty for this program. I claim no responsibility for any
  48.   damage or any unwanted results from the use of this program. I have tried
  49.   it on my pentium, and it worked fine. Anyway, I'm sure that you must be
  50.   have a pentium if you have Winamp.

  52.   To uninstall Skinner, just delete all files in the Skinner directory and
  53.   the shortcut in start menu. Skinner doesn't write anything to your windows
  54.   directory and windows registry.

  60.   continue use this program. Please read the help file for more information.
