  10. Known Bugs:
  11.     - Possible crashes/hangs on shutdown/restart.
  12.     - All CGI output is buffered.
  13.     - WinCGI [Form File] not supported this release (multipart/form-data)

  15. Upgrading from 4.1b1 or 4.1b2:
  16.     - The [aliases], [cgi-aliases] and [wincgi-aliases] sections of
  17.       the config.ini file have been moved to the new mappings.ini file.
  18.     - The "Index File" search index parameter(s) of the config.ini
  19.       file have been moved to the new search.ini configuration file.

  21. Upgrading from 4.03:
  22.     - The config.ini and security.ini files have been extended from
  23.       the 4.03 release.  You cannot use your 4.03 configuration files.
  24.       Specifically, the aliases and certain search entries were moved
  25.       to new files (mappings.ini and search.ini). 
  26.     - Search index configuration have been moved to the search.ini file.
  27.     - You must re-index to take advantage of the new "page" search
  28.       format.
  29.     - The passwd file is 100% compatible. 
  30.     - Any images placed in the /images directory should be moved
  31.       to /docs/images.  The /images directory at the root level of
  32.       the Sambar Server has been renamed /sysimage.
  33.     - Scripting language 100% compatible.
  34.     - sa_cmd_init() now includes SA_RPCPARAM argument.
  35.       All other Server APIs are compatible.

  37. Upgrading from pre-4.03:
  38.     - The config.ini and security.ini are NOT compatible.
  39.     - Scripting language 100% compatible.
  40.     - sa_cmd_init() now includes SA_RPCPARAM argument.
