  88. ======== License Agreement for Use and Distribution =============

  90. The JPS Development License Agreement is a legal agreement between
  91. you and JPS Development for the JPS Development programs identified
  92. above. By installing, copying or using the programs, you agree
  93. to be bound by terms of this agreement.
  94.  
  95. 1. DEFINITIONS.
  96.  
  97.   "Software" means the JPS Development software product, which
  98.   includes computer software and may include associated printed
  99.   materials and "online" or electronic documentation.
  100.  
  101.   "Unregistered Version" means a copy of the Software you obtained
  102.   for evaluation purposes. It is described as "Unregistered Version"
  103.   in the program's "About" dialog box and has some limitations as
  104.   explained above in this file.
  105.  
  106.   "Registered Version" means a copy of the Software you obtained
  107.   from JPS Development or its authorized dealer after paying
  108.   a license fee for it.
  109.  
  110. 2. TRIAL USE LICENSE
  111.  
  112.   This License Agreement grants you the right to use
  113.   the Unregistered Version for evaluation purposes for a period
  114.   not longer than 30 days. The Unregistered Version is in use on
  115.   a computer when it is loaded into temporary memory (e.i. RAM)
  116.   of that computer. After 30 days starting from your first use
  117.   you must either register the Software or stop using it.
  118.  
  119. 3. REGISTERING SOFTWARE
  120.  
  121.   After paying a license fee you will receive the Registered
  122.   Version and you will be entitled to receive free upgrades
  123.   within the next 12 months. When we are about to release a new
  124.   version, an upgrade notice will be sent to you via e-mail.
  125.   Then, using a temporary password, you will be able to download
  126.   a registered copy of our latest software.

  128. 4. COPYRIGHT AND OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
  129.  
  130.   The Software is owned by JPS Development and is protected
  131.   by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore,
  132.   you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material.
  133.   You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, disassemble
  134.   or make copies of the Software except as provided elsewhere
  135.   in this agreement. All rights not expressly granted in this
  136.   agreement are reserved to JPS Development.
  137.  
  138. 5. LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE
  139.  
  140.   You may make copies of the Unregistered Version and give
  141.   it to others, or distribute it in any possible way (like
  142.   uploading online services, ftp sites and BBSes) as long as you:
  143.  
  144.   - include all of the unmodified files, as listed above
  145.     in this file;
  146.  
  147.   - agree to inform the users that the Unregistered Version may be
  148.     used for a time limited evaluation period, and that it must be
  149.     registered to continue to use the Program once the evaluation
  150.     period has ended;
  151.  
  152.   - do not bundle the Software with any other software without
  153.     written permission from JPS Development;
  154.  
  155. 6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
  156.  
  157.   The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
  158.   JPS DEVELOPMENT DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING
  159.   ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS
  160.   FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  161.  
  162.   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT
  163.   SHALL JPS DEVELOPMENT OR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN THE PRODUCTION
  164.   OR DELIVERY OF THE SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL,
  165.   INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
  166.   (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS
  167.   PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION,
  168.   OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY
  169.   TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF JPS DEVELOPMENT HAS BEEN ADVISED
  170.   OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
