  4. 1) Be sure to make check/money orders payable to "NorthStar Solutions"

  6. 2) If you are upgrading, please include the full name under which you 
  7.    placed your original order.

  9. 3) NorthStar does not provide technical support, they only handle 
  10.    registrations. If you need support, please read the section in the 
  11.    online help that discusses support options.
  12.  
  13. 4) After your order is processed, NorthStar will provide you with a 
  14.    registration code which will "unlock" the software.
  15.  
  16. 5) Also, please note that we do not ship diskettes for any of these 
  17.    products. You can get the latest version of each of these products 
  18.    from the synthesoft web site at: http://www.synthesoft.com

  20. 6a) Once you have your registration number you can enter it into the 
  21.     screen saver to remove the registration reminder messages by following 
  22.     these steps:
  23.     a) From the start menu, select "Settings" -> "Control Panel"
  24.     b) Double click the "Display" icon
  25.     c) Select the "Screen Saver" tab of the display dialog
  26.     d) Press the "Settings" button
  27.     e) Press the "REGISTER" button of the Kine configuration dialog. It's 
  28.        in the lower left corner next to the "Help" button.
  29.     f) Press the "Enter Registration Number" button and then press "Next".
  30.     g) Enter your registration number in registration dialog.
  31.     h) Press the "Finish" button

  33. The next time the screen saver runs it should be fully registered!

  35. 6b) You can also enter your registration code into CD/Spectrum Pro by 
  36.     following these steps:
  37.     a) Start CD/Spectrum Pro (double-click on the icon on the desktop)
  38.     b) A reminder dialog will appear - click the "How To Register" button
  39.     c) The registration dialog will appear - click the "Enter Registration 
  40.        Code" button, then press "Next"
  41.     d) Enter your registration number in the registration dialog
  42.     e) Press the "Finish" button
