  10.  NOTICE TO THE USER ("licensee"): CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LEGAL
  11. AGREEMENT. THE LICENSEE'S USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS CONDITIONAL UPON
  12. COMPLIANCE BY THE LICENSEE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

  14. i).  'Siena PC demo' may be used on a royalty free basis.
  15. ii). You may copy and distribute copies of 'Siena PC demo' in the same form
  16.      as you receive it, without any files being removed, altered or
  17.      added. You may not copy it in any other form, OR PUBLISH IT
  18.      ANYWHERE ON THE INTERNET.

  20.  Note: 'Siena PC demo' consists of the following files: slicence.txt (this
  21. user licence agreement), readme.txt (a documentation file), and
  22. Psidem95.exe - the demo itself.

  25.                                COPYRIGHT
  26.  
  27. 'Siena PC demo' is protected by United Kingdom copyright laws and
  28. international treaty provisions. The licensee acknowledges that no
  29. title to the intellectual property in 'Siena PC demo' is transferred to
  30. the licensee. The licensee further acknowledges that full ownership
  31. rights to 'Siena PC demo' will remain the exclusive property of Psion PLC,
  32. and that the licensee will not acquire any rights to 'Siena PC demo'
  33. except as expressly set forth in this licence. The licensee agrees that any
  34. copies of 'Siena PC demo' made by the licensee will contain the same
  35. proprietary notices which appear on and in the original release of
  36. 'Siena PC demo'.

  38.                           REVERSE ENGINEERING

  40.  The licensee agrees that he or she will not attempt to reverse
  41. compile, modify, translate or disassemble 'Siena PC demo', in whole
  42. or in part.
  43.  
  44.                               NO WARRANTY
  45.  
  46.  BECAUSE PSION 'Siena PC demo' IS LICENSED FREE OF CHARGE, WE PROVIDE
  47. ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
  48. EXCEPT WHERE OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING, PSION PLC PROVIDE S3AEMUL
  49. "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
  50. INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
  51. MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE
  52. RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM IS WITH YOU. 
  53. SHOULD THE S3AEMUL PROGRAM PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE COST OF
  54. ALL NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION.

  56.  IN NO EVENT UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW WILL PSION PLC BE
  57. LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST MONIES,
  58. OR OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF
  59. THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
  60. LOSS OF DATA OR DATA BEING RENDERED INACCURATE OR LOSSES SUSTAINED BY
  61. THIRD PARTIES OR A FAILURE OF THE PROGRAM TO OPERATE WITH PROGRAMS
  62. NOT DISTRIBUTED BY PSION PLC), EVEN IF YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE
  63. POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.
