InControl Tools in a popup menu when you right click

Desktop resolution to a larger setting. This will
enable you to see the Wizard and InControl Tools 95
on your Desktop in a more visually appealing
manner.

To continue just click Next.

130,64,0,0
130,54,0,0

will make your screen flicker free.

To continue just click Next.
The Video page allows you to adjust some of your
video playback settings and see the effect in real time.

The basic concept is to adjust brightness, contrast,
etc. while the clip is being played in the video window
or in media player.

Select one of several clips in the pull down menu or
click on the 'Media Player' button to get more
playback clips to choose from.

To continue just click Next.
The four color controls: Brightness, Contrast,
Saturation, and Hue, allow you to fine tune the quality
of video playback.

Because color correction is only possible with video that
uses the Overlay and YUV capabilities of the hardware,
some video clips will not be affected by the changes.

Please refer to the Video Status box for the current
state of the video being processed on your system.

To continue just click Next.

Vertical Filtering is a feature that substantially improves
the overall smoothness of the video image. This
filtering is only used with video that uses the hardware
Overlay feature.

If small text in a video stream is hard to read, try turning
off the Vertical Filtering.

Note: Certain refresh rate and resolution combinations
do not support Vertical Filtering.

To continue just click Next.
The Gamma Correction controls allow the display colors to
be adjusted. The 3 Slider controls allow you to adjust the
Brightness, Contrast, and Gamma of the display colors.
The adjustments can be done using Red, Green , and Blue
(RGB) or Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow (CMY) depending on
your needs

There is also a list of different 'Test Patterns' you can
choose to help see the effect of the adjustments you make.
Just select the one that works best for you from the
dropdown list.

Once you are satisfied with the adjustments you have made,
the 'Save As ...' button allows you to save them as a
gamma Scheme. Any new Schemes that you add will
appear in the list. Also note, the Currently selected
scheme gets updated with the current settings whenever
you click 'Apply' or 'Ok'.
If you don't like the changes that you have made reselect
the scheme and its settings will be restored. The default
button will set the current settings to default.

Disabling gamma correction completely is as easy as
clicking a check box.
The Diamond TV-Output page will allow you to fine tune
how your television display looks. To help you make the
adjustments, we have provided some Test Patterns. You
can select the pattern that matches the adjustments you
are making with the Test Pattern drop down list box.

You can adjust the brightness of the image on your TV, by
using the Brightness slider. Whats more, you can also
adjust the fine tuning just as easily, by using the Fine slider.
Don't forget to select the matching test pattern for each.
If you have both an S-Video, and a Composite television
connected you can select which one is used for the display
using the S-Video or Composite checkbox. You can select
the level of sharpness that's right for your TV using the
sharpness checkboxes as well.

When your running in 640x480 mode, you have the option
to select whether the card uses underscan or overscan.
You will also be able to select the filter level, to adjust
for any flickering that you might notice.

You may also switch the television output on or off, using
the On/Off push button in the lower right corner.
You can also center the display on your television using the
centering control buttons. As you would expect, clicking a
button will cause the desktop to be moved in the direction
of the arrow on the button. The desktop will move once
each time you click. The centering that you set up, will be
used everytime you use your television for output.
This display adapter, is capable of displaying output on a
Television. If you decide to take advantage of this, you
you will be able to use the TV Output page, to adjust how
the display looks on your television. You can adjust the
fine tuning, brightness, centering and even the level of
filtering that is performed.
