  5.                           SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

  8.    LICENSE:

  10.     * All copyrights to Worm 2000 are exclusively owned by the developer -
  11.       the TERMINAL Studio.
  12.  
  13.     * Worm is shareware. You may install this program to test and
  14.       evaluate for 30 days; thereafter you MUST either register this
  15.       program or delete it from your computer hard drive and other storage
  16.       devices.
  17.  
  18.     * You may not alter this software in any way; you may not use or
  19.       distribute any part of the original package. You are not also
  20.       allowed to emulate, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse
  21.       engineer any executable part of original package. Any such
  22.       unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination
  23.       of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
  24.  
  25.     * Worm 2000 is provided "as is" 
  26.       without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, 
  27.       including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability 
  28.       and fitness for a particular purpose.  The entire risk as to the quality 
  29.       and performance of the Worm 2000 is with you, the licensee.  
  30.       Should the Worm 2000 prove defective, you assume the risk and 
  31.       liability for the entire cost of all necessary repair, service, or correction. 
  32.       Some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied 
  33.       warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.  This 
  34.       warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other 
  35.       rights which vary from state/jurisdiction to state/jurisdiction.

  37.    * TERMINAL Studio does not warranty that the functions 
  38.      contained in the Worm 2000 will meet your requirements, or that 
  39.      the operation of the Worm 2000 will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  41.    * To the maximum extent permitted by 
  42.      applicable law, TERMINAL Studio disclaims all other 
  43.      warranties, either expressed or implied, including, but not 
  44.      limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness 
  45.      for a particular purpose, with regard to the SOFTWARE, 
  46.      the accompanying written materials, and any accompanying 
  47.      hardware.  This limited warranty gives you specific legal 
  48.      rights.  You may have others which vary from state/jurisdiction 
  49.      to state/jurisdiction.

  51.    * To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 
  52.      TERMINAL Studio be liable for any damages whatsoever 
  53.      (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, 
  54.      business interruption, loss of business information, 
  55.      or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or 
  56.      inability to use this TERMINAL Studio product, even if 
  57.      TERMINAL Studio has been advised of the possibility of 
  58.      such damages or for any claim by any other party.  Because some 
  59.      states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation 
  60.      of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above 
  61.      limitation may not apply to you.

  63.     * You may make as many copies of the SHAREWARE version of this
  64.       distribution package as you wish; you may give exact copies
  65.       of the original SHAREWARE version of this distribution package;
  66.       distribute the SHAREWARE version of this distribution package
  67.       in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge
  68.       for any of the above. No person or company may charge a fee for
  69.       the distribution of Worm 2000 without written permission
  70.       from all of the copyright holders. If you want to distribute
  71.       Worm 2000 in a retail location, or as part of a hardware or software
  72.       bundle, or on CD-ROM you must get PRIOR signed written permission
  73.       from the TERMINAL Studio. the TERMINAL Studio reserves his right
  74.       to withhold permission.

  76.     * You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the shareware
  77.       version of this software and documentation as you wish; give
  78.       exact copies of the original shareware version to anyone; and
  79.       distribute the shareware version of the software and documentation
  80.       in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge
  81.       for any of the above.

  83.     * Installing and using Worm 2000 signifies acceptance of these
  84.       terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with
  85.       the terms of this license you must remove Worm 2000 files
  86.       from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

  88.     * Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to 
  89.       use Worm 2000 on one computer. The registered version of
  90.       Worm 2000 may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently
  91.       transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license.

  93.     * To obtain exclusive license to use Worm 2000 you have to
  94.       contact with the TERMINAL Studio and get written permission.
