Short: My version of a peg game...
Author: Charles-N. Jacob
Uploader: cjacob@vif.com
Type: game/wb
Status: Model-Railroad-Ware
Oh yeah! Another "_Q"-game! This one has the familiar "cross" shape like
this:
o o o
o o o
o o o o o o o
o o o . o o o
o o o o o o o
o o o
o o o
This game may look like the other peg games available for the Amiga, but
like my other "_Q"-games, Aye_Q has these features:
-A resizable window, so you can change it to whatever size you like
(up to a maximum of 640 x 400 pixels).
-You can play "backward"; you start with one peg and you fill the board,
leaving only one empty space.
The play is the same as my other "_Q"-games: you play by moving a peg to
an empty space. You can only move a peg two spaces horizontally or
vertically. Aye_Q features two playing modes:
-`Normal' play: You jump over a peg and it will be removed.
-`Inverted' (backward) play: You jump over an empty space and a peg
will appear there.
The goal of the game is to remove the pegs (or fill up the board, if the
game is "Inverted"), until only one peg is left (or only one square is
empty, in the "Inverted" game), preferably in the center.
Aye_Q is "Model-Railroad-Ware", it means that if you like and/or use
it, please register by sending me some model railroad items (pieces of
track, freight or passenger cars, DPM [Design Preservation Models] modular
walls, kits, etc.) OR 10$ (in Canadian funds) to:
