  1.                 DLL MASTER(TM) LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4. Thank you for using DLL Master 4.2--we hope you find it valuable and want
  5. to add it to your Microsoft Win95/NT toolkit.  DLL Master is a shareware 
  6. program written in Microsoft Visual Basic and is provided at no charge to 
  7. the user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your friends, but do 
  8. not give it away altered or as part of another system.  The shareware 
  9. version of DLL Master is distributed as DLLMS420.ZIP or similarly named
  10. file. If you distribute DLL Master to friends, associates, or to a 
  11. computer bulletin board system, please distribute this ZIP file rather
  12. than the individual files for DLL Master. The zip file does not contain 
  13. the required Visual Basic 3.0 runtime module VBRUN300.DLL. This module is 
  14. available on many BBS's including Compuserve, and is included with the 
  15. registered version of DLL Master.

  18. REGISTRATION

  20. If you as an individual find this program useful and find that you are 
  21. using DLL Master and continue to use DLL Master after a reasonable trial 
  22. period, please make a registration payment to Shaftel Software (see the
  23. order form in ORDER.TXT or in the DLL Master Help file. The registration fee 
  24. will license one copy for use on any one computer at any one time.  If 
  25. used on a network, one copy must be purchased for each computer that will 
  26. be using DLL Master.

  28. Business, government, institutional and other organizational users of DLL 
  29. Master must register and pay for their copies of the program within 30 days 
  30. of first use or their license to use the program is withdrawn.

  34. THIS SOFTWARE AND MANUAL ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO 
  35. PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED 
  36. OR IMPLIED.  BECAUSE OF THE VARIOUS HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ENVIRONMENTS 
  37. INTO WHICH THIS PROGRAM MAY BE PUT, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR 
  38. PURPOSE IS OFFERED.  GOOD DATA PROCESSING PROCEDURE DICTATES THAT ANY 
  39. PROGRAM BE THOROUGHLY TESTED WITH NON-CRITICAL DATA BEFORE RELYING ON IT.

  46. Anyone distributing the shareware version of DLL Master for any kind of 
  47. remuneration must first contact Shaftel Software for authorization, with 
  48. details including price to be charged.  This authorization will be 
  49. automatically granted to distributors recognized by the Association of 
  50. Shareware Professionals (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines for shareware 
  51. distributors, and such distributors may begin offering DLL Master 
  52. immediately.  (However Shaftel Software must still be advised so that the 
  53. distributor can be kept up-to-date with the latest version of DLL Master.)

  55. Distributor advertisements, catalogs, etc must explain the shareware 
  56. concept, and state that this program is not free, but is copyrighted 
  57. software that is provided to allow the user to evaluate it before paying.
