  4. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal
  5. agreement between Zylox, Inc. and an individual or a
  6. single entity who agrees and accepts the following
  7. terms and conditions by installing, copying, or
  8. otherwise using the software product identified
  9. above ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").

  12. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and
  13. international copyright treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT
  14. is licensed, not sold. This EULA does not give you any
  15. license to the copyrights or other intellectual property
  16. rights. All rights not expressly granted by this EULA are
  17. reserved to Zylox, Inc.

  19. DISTRIBUTION
  20.  
  21. You may distribute this program in unmodified form via 
  22. electronic means or on CD compilations. You may not sell 
  23. this program. You must explicitly state that this is 
  24. shareware and that the product is not free.
  25.  
  26. GRANT OF LICENSE

  28.   You may install and use one (1) copy of the
  29.   SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer. You may also make
  30.   copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for backup and archival
  31.   purposes.

  33. LIMITATIONS

  35.   You may not alter, reverse engineer, decompile, or
  36.   disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT except and only to the
  37.   extent that such activity is expressly permitted by
  38.   applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

  40.   You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the
  41.   SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  43. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

  45.   This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided as is without
  46.   warranty of any kind, either express or implied,
  47.   including, but not limited to, warranties of
  48.   merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  49.   The Zylox, Inc. assumes no liability for damages,
  50.   either direct or consequential, which may result
  51.   from the use of the software product.

  53. TERMINATION

  55.   Without prejudice to any other rights, Zylox, Inc.
  56.   may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with
  57.   the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event,
  58.   you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
