  50. HiClock gives you an easy and thorough way to synchronize
  51. your system clock to the exact time using the Internet. It queries
  52. one of the National Institute of Standards and Technology
  53. timeservers, which then returns the correct standard time.
  54. Standard time is converted to local time and compared with the
  55. internal system time on the computer, and adjustments are made
  56. if necessary. Time check automatically after connection. The
  57. program has two alarm clocks and support skins.

  62. Unzip from archive.

  64. Double-click on the file Setup.exe to run the HiClock Setup 
  65. Wizard. HiClock Setup Wizard would automatically setup and 
  66. install the whole program under a minute! 
  67. Go to Start->Programs->HiClock and click on the HiClock icon.
