However, due to the inherently complex nature of computer software, Foothill Software does not warrant that the Software or the Documentation is completely error free, will operate without interruption, is compatible with all equipment and software configurations, or will otherwise meet your needs. ACCORDINGLY, THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION ARE PROVIDED AS-IS, AND YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THEIR USE. FOOTHILL SOFTWARE MAKES NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE OR THE DOCUMENTATION, THEIR MERCHANTABILITY, OR THEIR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPLIED BY OR INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION OR MODIFICATION BY APPLICABLE LAW. TO THAT EXTENT, ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WILL TERMINATE UPON THE EXPIRATION OF 90 DAYS FOLLOWING DELIVERY OF THE SOFTWARE TO YOU. IN NO EVENT WILL FOOTHILL SOFTWARE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF INCOME, USE, OR INFORMATION. AS YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, you may return to Foothill Software the original copies of the Software and Documentation, along with proof of purchase (if you purchased the Software alone or in combination with any other software) and any backup copies, for replacement or (at Foothill SoftwareÆs choice) for a refund of the amount you paid, provided the return is completed within 90 days following delivery to you.
Notice to Government End Users. If this product is acquired under the terms of a: GSA contract- Use, reproduction or disclosure is subject to the restrictions set forth in the applicable ADP Schedule contract; DoD contract- Use, duplication or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c) (1) (ii) of 252.227-7013; Civilian agency contract- Use, reproduction, or disclosure is subject to 52.227-19 (a) through (d) and restrictions set forth in the accompanying end user agreement. Notice to Developers. You may not reverse engineer, modify or disassemble this product in any way, shape or form.
You may use this product on only one computer at a time and you may make one backup copy. You may not rent, lease sell or otherwise redistribute this product except that any demo in the form of an intact Zip file may be posted to any Shareware distribution point.
Technical Support by EMAIL is free. In the case of technical support by telephone, the first hour is free provided it is within 90 days of registration; thereafter the charge is $1.00/minute. The author is a wildland firefighter and there are times in the summer where it may take up to two weeks or more for a response if he is committed to a major fire; otherwise a response can be expected within a day or two.
