  53. Users must have some type of printer/print driver installed for report viewing to function. If you do not have a physical printer on your system, we recommend you install a driver that allows printing to a file.

  55. 2. Connection Issues

  57. Users with slower Internet connections may wish to increase HTTP and Slow Transfer timeout default values. Larger timeout values will prevent mid-stream transfer aborts.

  59. 3. Proxy Servers

  61. If your computer is connected to the Internet via a proxy server, please contact your system administrator for appropriate configuration information. Webspector may not function properly if your proxy configuration is not completed.

  63. 4. Last Modified Headers

  65. Webspector can use Last Modfied Headers of web page documents to determine if changes have occurred. Some web servers do not support Last Modified header checking, and therefore any url on such a server should be configured with the "Size Priority" item checked.

This application makes use of Microsoft's most advanced user interface capabilities. Some older Windows 95 systems that experience problems with the user interface should upgrade to the latest COMCTL32.DLL. Information on upgrading is available from the Illumix Support page at http://www.illumix.com/support.htm.
