2 Type text.
Notes
You cannot add text to a shape that has been rotated or skewed.
You cannot rotate or skew a shape once text has been added to the shape.
Attaching and positioning boxes
When you insert a graphics or text box in a document, the box is attached to a location on a page by default. As you add or delete text before the box, the box remains in the same position on that page and moves with that page. However, you can change the position of a box on a page.
You can attach a box to a character in a line so that the box moves just like any other character in the document. You can also attach a box to a paragraph so it moves with the paragraph. As you add or delete text before the box, the box moves automatically with the character or paragraph. You can also specify an exact position for a box within columns.
In addition, you can choose how the document text wraps around a box. For example, you can wrap text around one or both sides of a box, or around the image inside the box.
To change the position of a graphics or text box on a page
1 Right-click a box, and click Position.
2 Choose Page from the Attach box to list box.
