  7. - Added optional Dedication element after BookInfo.

  9. - Added optional Sect<n>Info elements at the beginnings of Sect<n>
  10.   and optional RefSect<n>Info and RefSynopsisDivInfo elements at the
  11.   beginnings of their respective container elements.  These all contain
  12.   a free mixture of metadata-related elements.  Where IndexTerm was
  13.   excluded before, this exclusion was removed, since IndexTerm can now
  14.   legitimately appear inside the new IndexTermSet.

  16. - Added several CALS-based presentational attributes to Graphic and
  17.   InlineGraphic.
  18.  
  19. - Added an "SGML" notation.

  21. - Broadened the content of BiblioEntry, DocInfo, BookInfo, and SetInfo
  22.   (allowing a mixture of any of the bibliographic identifiers and, a new
  23.   addition, the person.ident.mix elements), changed the way BiblioMisc
  24.   is to be used, added an intermediate BiblioSet container element, and
  25.   added the BiblioMixed and BiblioMSet elements for "cooked" entries.

  113.   catalog, and its FPI reference in docbook.dtd.

  115. - Changed the names of some parameter entities: from

  117.   [local.]word.char.class to [local.]gen.char.class.

  119. - Removed the SGMLDECL entry from the docbook.cat file because the
  120.   DocBook SGML declaration may not be appropriate for other SGML
  121.   applications.
