  1. Usage: ftrenamefile cid={channelID} cpw={channelPassword} 
  2.        [tcid={targetChannelID}] [tcpw={targetChannelPassword}] 
  3.        oldname={oldFilePath} newname={newFilePath}
  4.  
  5. Renames a file in a channels file repository. If the two parameters tcid and 
  6. tcpw are specified, the file will be moved into another channels file 
  7. repository.

  10.    ftrenamefile cid=2 cpw= tcid=3 tcpw= oldname=\/Pic3.PNG newname=\/Pic3.PNG
