  4. This file provides information for Shareware Distributors and Disk Vendors
  5. who wish to distribute the W3 3.0 package, including an extract from
  6. the license agreement and suggested program descriptions and keywords.

  12. The following paragraph is an extract from the license agreement
  13. regarding the distribution of the Shareware version of W3:

  15.     You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  16.     donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing
  17.     the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or
  18.     otherwise) without prior written permission, with one exception:
  19. --> Disk Vendors approved by the Association of Shareware Professionals
  20. --> are permitted to redistribute W3, subject to the conditions in
  21. --> this license, without specific written permission.
