  79. Free Systems Resources provides a mechanism to notify the user when
  80. Window system resources are low.   GDI, USER and Men Window current
  81. percent utilizations are compared to trigger utilization percentages.
  82. When the any current percentage is below the trigger percentage, a
  83. notification message is issued.  For information purposes, the lowest
  84. percentage for the current execution are displayed.

  86. It gives individules a chance to avoid out-of-memory errors with the
  87. resulting lost of current input.  It is most usefull when multiple
  88. concurrent application are started.

  90. Automatic notification when the resources are low is the most significant
  91. feature of this package.

  121. This package requires VBRUN300.DLL. VBRUN300.DLL is not provided.  Make
  122. sure that it is on your system.  It is normally located in the
  123. WINDOW\SYSTEM directory.
