  5. This file provides information for Shareware Distributors and Disk Vendors
  6. who wish to distribute the The Raven package, including an extract from
  7. the license agreement and suggested program descriptions and keywords.

  13. The following paragraph is an extract from the license agreement
  14. regarding the distribution of the Shareware version of The Raven:

  16.     You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  17.     donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing
  18.     the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or
  19.     otherwise) without prior written permission, with one exception:
  20. --> Disk Vendors approved by the Association of Shareware Professionals
  21. --> are permitted to redistribute The Raven, subject to the conditions 
  22. --> in this license, without specific written permission.

  36. The Raven is a text management utility. Text is placed onto the Windows
  37. clipboard by pressing buttons within Raven.  Raven allows you to call
  38. up frequently used blocks of text and paste them into documents, email
  39. messages, or anywhere else that accepts inserted input. The design of
  40. the program is based upon a tabbed look which allows you to organize
  41. your text blocks into easy to use categories. Each category (or section)
  42. can contain as many as 50 different text blocks.  You may also create
  43. as many as 40 sections.

  45. This program was written for: 
  46.   > attorneys who frequently construct legal documents out of a 
  47.     pre-written paragraphs
  48.   > computer programmers for use as a source code library
  49.   > support personnel who frequently need to post the same messages over
  50.      and over again in email messages
