  1. NBS Time V2.0 (Windows) is a simple utility
  2. to set your computer clock against the atomic 
  3. clock at the National Bureau of Standards 
  4. (NBS).  NBS Time is designed to be easy to
  5. use.  In most cases, simply set your 
  6. communications port and time zone under the 
  7. options menu and press dial.  NBS Time will
  8. dial the NBS facility, reset your clock, 
  9. hang-up, and inform you how far off your 
  10. clock was.
