  10.   Users can pay the registration fee for dwm by sending us a cheque or
  11.   money order (details, this page), or by using a credit card (details, next
  12.   page). Paying the full registration fee for the dwm package entitles you
  13.   to a complete copy (on diskette) of the most recent version of dwm and
  14.   the other dwm desktop applications, a user registration code, a printed
  15.   manual, a voucher for a discount on the next major release of the product
  16.   and continued technical support by phone, fax, mail or electronic mail.

  18.   A discount is offered to individual users who choose simply to convert
  19.   their shareware to a registered version using a code provided by GPG,
  20.   without receiving a diskette (an even greater discount is offered for
  21.   users simply wishing a registration code, with no diskette nor manual).
  22.   Converting a shareware copy will eliminate the registration reminder
  23.   screen, and stamp the users name and registration number into the dwm
  24.   dialog box. The shareware and registered versions are functionally identical.

  26.   Payment terms (cheque or money order)
  27.   Registration costs $39 for the complete registration package, with an
  28.   additional $5 fee for shipping and handling ($44, total). Costs to users
  29.   opting for the shareware conversion package (registration code, manual,
  30.   no diskette) are $35, plus the $5 fee for shipping and handling ($40,
  31.   total). Costs to users opting for the basic registration only (registration
  32.   code only, no diskette or manual) is $25, with no handling fee ($25,
  33.   total). All costs must be paid in U.S. funds with the following exception:

  35.   Canadian residents may send a cheque or money order (in Canadian funds)
  36.   for $55 ($51 for the shareware conversion kit); these prices include
  37.   the handling charge and the GST. Basic registration (code, no manual or
  38.   diskette) costs $35, which includes GST and handling. Quebec residents
  39.   are required to include PST.

  41.   Payment can be made by cheque or money order made payable to Gregorian
  42.   Programmers Guild, and mailed, along with the completed order form to:

  44.   H2W 2H1 (Canada). Order forms for payment by cheque or money order
  45.   can be found in the file ORDER.FRM or in the Register section of the dwm
  46.   package on-line Windows help files.

  48.   Personal cheques are subject to a bank clearance delay. There will be
  49.   an additional charge of $10 for returned cheques.

  51.   International orders (outside the USA and Canada) can be made with an
  52.   international postal money order in U.S. dollars, or a cheque or money
  53.   order in U.S. funds and drawn on a U.S. bank. Cheques from banks outside
  54.   the U.S. are acceptable only if they are in U.S. funds and have the name
  55.   and location of a correspondant U.S. bank printed on the face of the cheque.

  60.   Payment by credit card
  61.  
  62.   Please do not phone/fax/mail credit card orders directly to Gregorian
  63.   Programmers Guild, as we are not yet able to process them ourselves. Our
  64.   credit card orders are handled through a third party, the Public Software
  65.   Library (PsL). To order by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover
  66.   choose any of the following options. Be sure to have your credit card
  67.   information handy and note that the dwm registration id is #11913.

  87.   The dwm registration id on the PsL registration service is #11913. Be sure to include credit card number and expiration date on your order.
  88.   The above numbers are for orders only. Any questions about the status of
  89.   the shipment of the order, refunds, registration options, product details,
  90.   technical support, multi system licenses, volume discounts etc. must be
  91.   sent to GPG. To insure that you get the latest version, PsL will notify
  92.   us the day of your order and we will ship the product directly to you.

  114.   Order Processing

  116.   Orders may require 1 - 2 business days to process, but may take more
  117.   time, depending on order backlog or coup attempts. Shipping is usually
  118.   done by mail, and delivery time will vary depending on your location
  119.   and local service.

  121.   Multi System Licenses

  123.   If you want to use our software on multiple systems, you can order a
  124.   multi system license instead of ordering individual copies. Multi
  125.   system licencees receive a master diskette and a manual, and
  126.   instructions for installation of dwm on networked systems.
