  5. This file provides information for Shareware Distributors and Disk Vendors
  6. who wish to distribute the DirMatch 1.53 package, including an extract from
  7. the license agreement and suggested program descriptions and keywords.

  13. The following paragraph is an extract from the license agreement
  14. regarding the distribution of the Shareware version of DirMatch:

  16.     You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  17.     donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing
  18.     the software and/or documentation with other products (commercial or
  19.     otherwise) without prior written permission, with one exception:
  20. --> Disk Vendors approved by the Association of Shareware Professionals
  21. --> are permitted to redistribute DirMatch, subject to the conditions in
  22. --> this license, without specific written permission.

  34. DirMatch matches two directories. It compares, edits, deletes and 
  35. launches files. Side by side directories are displayed with functions 
  36. provided to Copy, Edit, Compare and Delete files, Update directory and 
  37. all their sub-directories. It let you view All, Different or Same Files.
  38. You can customize color and font.

  42. Requirements:  Windows 3.1 or Windows for Workgroups.  No other programs
  43.                are required for basic operations.  Optional features
  44.                require external programs, including the File Compare, File 
  45.                Edit programs.
